Guests can easily explore the maze of alleys and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech. the hotel is near a Museum, making it a convenient landmark to navigate their way back. the rooms are clean and spacious, with lovely large bathrooms. the staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. the breakfast is included and is a delightful start to the day.

The hotel is located in an area of the Medina where there may be occasional encounters with strangers who try to offer services or information.

The breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good and had a range of options. The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The hotel was also located within walking distance to many popular attractions.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. the facilities were not well maintained and the spa was not up to par.

Excellent service and helpful staff. Great location for business meetings and easy access on foot to local restaurants and shops. the rooftop was a peaceful area to escape and relax during free time.

The rooms were small and showed signs of minimal maintenance. the breakfast served in the hotel was not appetizing.
